Cancellation & Refund Policy

Passion Pro Media believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:


• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of commissioning/delivering them.


Subscriptions to our services can be cancelled at any time. However, the refunds will be calculated on pro-rata basis by deducting charges for the current subscription period. For example, if you have paid for yearly subscription and decide to cancel your subscription after a week, refund will be calculated by deducting charges for minimum subscription period of 1 month, that is remaining 11 months charges will be refunded. Please check the minimum subscription period for the services you subscribe. Your subscription will continue till the end of current minimum subscription period and cease thereafter.


• Passion Pro Media does not accept cancellation requests for services/products that are already delivered as per the contract or terms of services. However, refund can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of service/product delivered is not according to the service contract or terms of services.


• In case of receipt of unsatisfactory service/product that does not adhere to the service contract or terms or service, please report the same to our Customer Service team. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the service/product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.


• In case of any Refunds approved by Passion Pro Media, it may take 7 to 15 business days for the refund to be processed to the end customer, to the payment source/instrument used during payment to us.
